Upload Planner ยท Last updated: November 5, 2026
Upload Planner is a personal desktop tool used by its owner to upload videos to the owner's own YouTube channels. This policy explains what data it accesses and how it is handled.
Data the app accesses
- Google account: the email address of the account you sign in with.
- YouTube: the ID, title and handle of the channel you sign in with, and permission to upload videos, post comments and rate videos on that channel.
- Videos and text you choose: the video file, title, description, tags and comment you enter for an upload.
How the data is used
The data is used only to upload the videos you choose to your own channel, post the comment you write and like the uploaded video. Nothing else is done with it.
Where the data is stored
Sign-in tokens and all other data are stored only on your own computer. The app has no server, does not collect analytics and sends your data only to Google (YouTube). Video files are deleted from the app's temporary folder after upload.
Sharing
Your data is not sold, shared or transferred to third parties.
Google API Services
Upload Planner uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; see also the Google Privacy Policy. Upload Planner's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
You can revoke access at any time at Google account permissions. Deleting the app's token files removes all stored sign-in data from your computer.
